Scullery

At first glance, Scullery belongs to the beige family; in a room, light and context can make it far more elusive. Its LRV of 8.0 gives it real visual weight, allowing the color to hold a wall rather than simply recede from view. Its related shades below reveal where the color harmonizes—and where contrast brings it fully to life.

Manufacturer description

Little Greene Scullery 318 is a deep, muted brown with a warm, earthy cast that reads close to dark cocoa or weathered wood. Its low brightness gives it real weight on walls, making it especially effective in dining rooms, studies, hallways, and smaller rooms where a cocooning depth is welcome. In brighter daylight, the brown appears a little clearer and more grounded; under warm evening lighting, it can take on a richer, more enveloping character. Scullery suits painted cabinetry, interior doors, and woodwork as well as full walls, particularly alongside chalky creams, soft putty neutrals, aged brass, linen, and natural oak.
